Jerami Grant Scores Team-High 22 Points
4 years agoDetroit Pistons forward Jerami Grant had a great opening quarter against Boston on Sunday with 12 points and he finished the game with a team-high 22 points. Grant also logged the highest amount of minutes on the team (34) and ended up shooting 8-for-15 from the floor. His line included eight rebounds, two assists, and one steal with two turnovers. Grant had a disappointing debut for Detroit with nine points against Minnesota, but he has since then put together a run of five straight games with 20-plus points, which marks the best scoring streak of his career. However, continuing the run might prove to be difficult, as he'll face Giannis Antetokounmpo and Milwaukee in the next couple of games. The Bucks have a very good defensive record against forwards and their overall defensive efficiency stands at a solid 103.2.
