5 years agoCleveland Indians starting pitcher Jefry Rodriguez (lat) left his start early on Saturday against the White Sox with a tight right lat muscle. He allowed one run on two hits in his four innings, striking out three and walking three in his 58 pitches. The 25-year-old has been up and down in his first season with the Tribe, posting a 4.74 ERA with 19 walks and 32 strikeouts in 43 2/3 innings. It's unclear if this injury will land Rodriguez on the injured list. He's merely a deep league streaming option when he's on the bump for the Indians.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
