Jeff Wilson Jr. A Quality Start In Week 6
2 years agoSan Francisco 49ers running back Jeff Wilson Jr. is a quality starting option in Week 6 as he takes on the shaky Atlanta Falcons defense. The Falcons defense rank No. 21 in points allowed and No. 27 in yards allowed. PFF ranks the Falcons as having the No. 22 defense against the run, but statistically they are close to average, while they are worse at defending against the pass. That is good for San Francisco's chances of moving the football and give Wilson some receiving upside and scoring upside. The 27-year-old put up over 70 yards against the Broncos and Rams, both of which have considerably tougher defenses than the Falcons. Wilson projects as a clear RB2 with a high likelihood of finishing as an RB1 in Week 6.
