Jeff Wilson Jr. A Must-Start In Week 12
2 years agoMiami Dolphins running back Jeff Wilson Jr. has quickly reached must-start territory in fantasy football. Miami is coming off a bye, and its 27-year-old back is poised to pick up right where he left off in mid-November. Wilson has flourished through two games since being dealt to the Dolphins, racking up 170 rushing yards, 45 receiving yards, and two touchdowns. During that span, he ranked as the overall RB3 in fantasy football. Heading into Week 12 against the Houston Texans, everything has fallen in place for Wilson to thrive once again. Not only is Houston's defense allowing 31 fantasy points per game to running backs and 10.6 points in the red zone (both marks are league-worsts), but Wilson's backfield-mate, Raheem Mostert (knee), is in jeopardy of missing the contest after two consecutive DNPs in practice. Thus, Wilson could have the backfield all to himself. He ranks as a mid-to-high RB2 and should be started across the board.
