Jeff Skinner Buries 20th Goal In Friday's Loss
6 years agoBuffalo Sabres forward Jeff Skinner scored the game's first goal in an eventual 3-2 overtime defeat to the Florida Panthers on Friday. With his goal, his 20th of the season, the 26-year-old became the second player in the NHL to hit that mark this season. Skinner is off to a phenomenal start in his debut season in Buffalo, having formed great chemistry with linemate Jack Eichel. Through 27 games, the Ontario native is on pace to break the point-per-game mark for the first time in his NHL career (28 points). He is providing outstanding value in fantasy leagues (ADP of 97.9 in fantasy leagues) and should easily be considering a must-start option each time the Sabres play. He'll look to light the lamp once again when the Sabres face off against the Nashville Predators on Monday
