2 years agoNew York Mets second baseman/outfielder Jeff McNeil will go on paternity leave after this weekend's series against the Miami Marlins. It is unfortunate timing for the Mets, who travel to Atlanta for an important 3 game set with the Braves starting Monday. For fantasy managers, it at least opens up the opportunity to get someone else into your lineup next week without missing any games. McNeil has been in fine form this season, with a .317/.378/.444 slash line to go along with four homers and two steals. His power numbers are lacking, but at this point, that's what is expected.--Matt Garon - RotoBaller
