Jean Segura Remains Out On Friday
3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies second baseman Jean Segura (arm) is out of the lineup once again on Friday as the team takes on Pablo Lopez and the Miami Marlins. Bryson Stott is making his second consecutive start at the keystone in the game. Segura was hit in his left arm by a pitch in Wednesday's game. He was promptly removed from the game and he sat out on Thursday as well. The 32-year-old veteran was swinging the bat well prior to the injury. Through five games this year, he's slashing .353/.421/.765 with two home runs. He should be considered day-to-day by fantasy managers with a chance to return on Saturday.
