Jazz Chisholm Jr. Removed During Saturday's Game
2 years agoMiami Marlins outfielder Jazz Chisholm Jr. (leg) was removed early during Saturday's game against the Cincinnati Reds. The 25-year-old collided with the center field wall while attempting to make a catch in the eighth inning. He was able to walk off the field under his own power, but appeared to be in a ton of pain. Luckily, the X-rays came back negative, so the team is calling the injury a right foot contusion. The Marlins are considering Chisholm day-to-day, so he should avoid a trip to the injured list. Peyton Burdick could see a few starts with Chisholm sidelined.
