Jazz Chisholm Jr. Exits With Leg Injury On Sunday
2 years agoMiami Marlins second baseman Jazz Chisholm Jr. (leg) was removed from Sunday's game against the Atlanta Braves due to a leg injury. Joe Dunand entered the game in the third inning to take over at the keystone. Chisholm first aggravated his leg during Saturday's game. After reaching base through a walk in the first inning on Sunday, he was showing some lingering effects of the injury on the base paths, leading to his removal from the game. The Marlins are off on Monday, so he'll have an extra day to recover before Tuesday's game against the Tampa Bay Rays.
