Jazz Chisholm Jr. Back In Action Friday
1 year agoMiami Marlins outfielder Jazz Chisholm Jr. (knee) is back in center field and hitting cleanup on Friday as the team takes on the visiting Atlanta Braves and right-hander Bryce Elder. Chisholm injured his right knee running the bases on Wednesday and was held out as a precaution on Thursday, but he's back in there to begin the weekend and should be returned to all starting fantasy lineups. The 25-year-old oft-injured star will look to finish out the 2023 season on a high note after hitting .273 (12-for-44) so far in 12 starts in September with two home runs, a double, six RBI, two stolen bases and six runs scored for the Fish. Chisholm's power/speed abilities have produced 16 long balls and 19 stolen bases in his 303 at-bats this year.
