5 years agoPittsburgh Steelers running back Jaylen Samuels rushed for 16 yards on seven carries, while catching two passes for 18 yards in Sunday’s 23-17 win over Arizona. Samuels is supposed to be the pass-catching back in the offense but his recent stat line doesn’t show it. The second-year back has 15 receptions for just 96 yards and a touchdown in the last five games. If James Conner (shoulder) returns for the Bills game in Week 15, Samuels could see an uptick in usage as the Conner draws a bit more attention than Benny Snell Jr..
