JaVale McGee Earns Probable Tag For Friday
3 years agoPhoenix Suns center JaVale McGee (illness) is listed as probable for Friday night's game against the Memphis Grizzlies. The seven-footer has missed two straight games due to a non-COVID illness, but it looks like he'll be back on the court on Friday. McGee averaged 13.5 minutes per game in March and compiled 7.7 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game while maintaining solid percentages (60.9% FGs, 81.5% FTs). Bismack Biyombo will see his minutes take a hit with McGee back. He had been serving as the team's exclusive backup to starting center Deandre Ayton with McGee out the last two games.
