3 years agoFree-agent wide receiver Jarvis Landry will visit with the Atlanta Falcons, according to sources. Landry was recently given permission to seek a trade and then was outright released by the Cleveland Browns after they traded for Amari Cooper. The 29-year-old was scheduled for a non-guaranteed $14.3 million base salary in 2022 in the final year of his five-year, $75.5 million contract. The 29-year-old battled nagging injuries all year and struggled in 2021 to the tune of a career-low 52 catches for 570 yards and two touchdowns in 12 games. The Falcons are in desperate need of pass-catchers to pair with promising young tight end Kyle Pitts now that Russell Gage is gone and Calvin Ridley is suspended for all of 2022. Landry, a five-time Pro Bowler, can still be productive in PPR leagues, but his fantasy managers shouldn't expect much TD production.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
