Jarrett Allen Provides 15 Points in Thursday's Loss
6 years agoBrooklyn Nets center Jarrett Allen finally had a chance to enjoy some success on Thursday against Philadelphia with Joel Embiid (knee) missing, scoring 15 points on 4-for-5 shooting with a 7-for-9 mark at the line. It's his best offensive output since getting 20 points against Atlanta on March 9. Allen also gobbled up six rebounds in 21 minutes and had a pair of assists. It's been a quiet series so far by Allen, at least in terms of numbers, but he always brings his A game and hustles hard no matter what. Should Embiid sit out more games, there will be a good chance for Allen to improve his current numbers of 8.7 points and 5.7 rebounds per night.
