Jaren Jackson Jr. Gets Going Again On Sunday
6 years agoMemphis Grizzlies power forward Jaren Jackson Jr. put a tough week behind him on Sunday by producing a solid 16-point, seven-rebound performance against the Knicks. He shot 5-for-11 from the field and 1-for-2 from downtown. Jackson Jr. was held to fewer than 10 points in back-to-back games at the start of the week before he was forced to the sidelines on Friday by a quadriceps injury. Luckily, it was nothing serious and he regained his scoring touch on Sunday. Minnesota were one of the teams against whom Jackson Jr. struggled and the Grizzlies face the Wolves again on Tuesday, so it might be wise to steer clear of the rookie in DFS tournaments.
