Jaren Jackson Jr. Continues Successful Outside Shooting
5 years agoMemphis Grizzlies power forward Jaren Jackson Jr. finished Tuesday's win over Houston with 15 points on lowly 37.5 percent shooting, but he reached a big landmark by tying Mike Miller's franchise record with his 13th straight game with multiple three-pointers. Jackson Jr. was just 2-for-7 with the three-ball on Tuesday, but he's been quite hot overall from downtown during the streak. His Tuesday's line also included three steals, two rebounds, two blocks, and one assist. Jackson Jr. has a superb matchup to move past Miller on Friday against Cleveland. He had four treys and 24 points against the Cavs in the previous meeting on Dec. 20.
