Detroit Red Wings backup goalie Jared Coreau lasted just over a period against the Bruins on Tuesday night. He made just 12 stops on 16 shots before head coach Jeff Blashill decided he had enough. The starting job in Detroit has largely belonged to Jimmy Howard this season, and even more so since the Red Wings traded Petr Mrazek to the Flyers. Coreau may get another shot as Detroit has back-to-back games later this week, but until he shows some stronger play, he is not worth adding in any format.--Kevin Acorn
