Jameson Taillon To Begin A Rehab Assignment On Wednesday
3 years agoNew York Yankees starting pitcher Jameson Taillon (ankle) is set to begin a rehab assignment at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Wednesday. The 29-year-old right-hander has been sidelined since early September due to a partially-torn tendon in his right ankle. If all goes well with his rehab start on Wednesday, we could see him back in the Yankees rotation at some point next week. Taillon has had an uneven first year with the Pinstripes. Over 27 starts, he's gone 8-6 with a 4.41 ERA and a 1.22 WHIP. He can be left on waivers in all fantasy leagues at this point.
