James Robinson Leads The Jets In Week 9 Carries
2 years agoNew York Jets running back James Robinson led the team in carries in a Week 9 win over the Buffalo Bills. Robinson ran the ball 13 times for 48 yards and also caught two passes for five yards and a touchdown. Michael Carter looked like the better runner (12-76-1) in this one, but Robinson looked solid as well, and the 15 touches means he's clearly more than a backup in the offensive plans for the Jets. They'll have their Week 10 bye and then likely continue splitting backfield work between Robinson and Carter. Both will be in the RB3 ranks most weeks, with clear RB2 upside.
