2 years agoNew England Patriots running back James Robinson was recently referred to as a depth signing by head coach Bill Belichick. The 24-year-old signed a cheap two-year deal with the organization over the offseason. Robinson struggled in 2022, but did post an 1,000 yard season during his rookie campaign in 2020. He's certainly a talented player and there should be more snaps available with Damian Harris signing elsewhere this offseason. Rhamondre Stevenson will be the lead back, but there should be chances for others to get involved as well. Although, it sounds like Robinson is going to be battling Pierre Strong Jr. and Kevin Harris for snaps in New England. At the moment, it sounds like Robinson will have to earn his role on this team.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
