James Neal Pots Four Goals Against Islanders
5 years agoEdmonton Oilers winger James Neal continued his hot start to the season on Tuesday, scoring four goals -- two on the power play -- in a 5-2 win over the Islanders. The experienced winger now has six goals for the season already, which is the most anybody has scored for the Oilers in the team's first three games of a season. Connor McDavid finished the big win with three assists and Leon Draisaitl registered two helpers. Mikko Koskinen had a solid season debut in goal with 25 saves. Neal only had seven goals during the whole of last season for Calgary, which makes his start to 2019-20 even more impressive. He gets to play against New Jersey's shaky defense next on Thursday.
