James Harden Notches First Triple-Double Of The Year
3 years agoBrooklyn Nets guard James Harden came up with his first triple-double of the year in the team's 117-91 victory over the Detroit Pistons on Sunday. He scored 18 points to go along with 12 assists and 10 rebounds. He was efficient in the game, shooting 6-for-9 from the field and 4-for-7 from three-point range. It's been a slow start to the year for the former MVP. Over seven games, he's averaging 18.6 points, 7.6 rebounds and 8.6 assists per game while shooting just 39.8% from the field. He had a big weekend though as he notched a season-high 29 points on Friday before posting Sunday's triple-double. His next game will be on Wednesday against the Atlanta Hawks.
