James Harden Logs 31 Minutes In Debut
1 year agoLos Angeles Clippers guard James Harden finished with 17 points and six rebounds in Monday's loss to the Knicks. The multi-time All-Star logged 31 minutes, going 6-for-9 from the field and 2-for-4 from behind the arc. Unfortunately for Los Angeles, his debut was spoiled by Julius Randle and RJ Barrett, with the duo combining for 53 points. At any rate, Harden played better than most had expected, and his workload suggested he is in better shape than some had reported over the last few weeks. Of course, it will take time for the 34-year-old to build a rapport with his new squad. At the same time, Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, and Russell Westbrook will need to adapt, meaning the foursome could see a temporary dip in production, although things should improve moving ahead.
