James Cook Trading Rushing Opportunities For Receiving Touches
15 seconds agoBuffalo Bills running back James Cook has underwhelming rushing totals (12 and 10 carries) in two of his last three games. However, he is seeing an uptick in his passing game involvement. The Bills have transitioned from a run-heavy approach to a pass-happy offense. Cook has logged eight catches in his last two games. He had 11 catches in the six prior contests. If wide receivers Amari Cooper (questionable, wrist) and Keon Coleman (out, wrist) can't play on Sunday, Cook could see his number called more, both on the ground and through the air. Cook is a high-end RB1 in the rankings against the bottom-dweller Indianapolis rush defense.
