2 years agoArizona Cardinals running back James Conner (knee, shin) was present but didn't practice on Thursday. He was held out of Wednesday's practice and has now missed back-to-back sessions. The 27-year-old sustained a shin injury in the Week 17 loss to the Falcons. According to Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury, the shin issue was "nothing major." The veteran back will have one more chance to practice on Friday with an opportunity to suit up against the 49ers on Sunday. Keaontay Ingram and Corey Clement would see an uptick in touches if Conner is ruled out against San Francisco in Week 18.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
