James Conner Injured In Week 16
5 years agoPittsburgh Steelers running back James Conner (thigh) is questionable to return in Week 16 against the Jets with a thigh injury. It's not a huge surprise, as Conner has been a disappointment to fantasy owners this year because of injuries. Conner ran the ball six times for 32 yards before departing, and he wasn't targeted in the passing game. The Steelers offense is in dire straights after they benched quarterback Devlin Hodges for Mason Rudolph, and now they could be without their top running back the rest of the game. Rookie Benny Snell Jr. should see early-down carries if Conner doesn't return, while Jaylen Samuels should be sprinkled into the passing attack.
