He was poised in the pocket, completing 11-of-16 passes for 93 yards and a touchdown strike to tight end Jimmy Graham. Winston opens the season as Derek Carr's backup and will be ready to roll in the event of an injury to Carr. The former first overall pick is entering his ninth NFL campaign.
