Jameer Nelson Scores 12 Points Against New Orleans
7 years agoDetroit Pistons guard Jameer Nelson played relatively well for his new team on Monday night. Nelson came off of the bench and played 20 minutes in the 118-103 loss to the Pelicans, finishing the contest with 12 points on 5-for-12 shooting from the field and 1-for-6 from deep. Nelson has received a generous amount of minutes since arriving in Detroit, but will likely see a reduction in playing time once guard Reggie Jackson (ankle) returns in the beginning of March. In the meantime, Nelson could be useful in leagues 14 teams and up if you are looking for a short term-solution for any kind of production. Outside of that, he isn't recommended in any format, including DFS contests.
