Jamal Murray Goes Off For 36 Points
4 years agoDenver Nuggets point guard Jamal Murray recorded his second consecutive 30-point game on Sunday, finishing a 124.109 win over Minnesota with 36 points. Murray was busy all night, shooting 13-for-20 from the field and 7-for-9 at the line. He had three triples with five rebounds, four assists, one steal, and zero turnovers. Murray missed Tuesday's game against Sacramento with an elbow problem, but he seems perfectly fine now with 67 total points scored across two games. The Nuggets play Minnesota again on Tuesday so there's every chance that Murray keeps his hot streak going, as the Timberwolves are among the worst defensive teams in the league.
