1 year agoRestricted free agent Jamal Cain, who debuted in the NBA last season with the Miami Heat, is hoping to secure himself a standard contract for the 2023-24 campaign. The 24-year-old earned himself a two-way deal after going undrafted last year and the Heat have made him a qualifying offer to bring him back on another two-way contract, but Cain is reportedly talking with other teams in hopes of getting a standard contract. He played in 18 regular-season games last term, registering 5.4 points and 2.9 rebounds in 13.3 minutes.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
