1 year agoSeattle Seahawks safety Jamal Adams (quad) has officially been activated off the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list. The 27-year-old defensive back suffered a torn quad in the Week 1 game against the Denver Broncos last season and has remained on the PUP list all offseason. The three-time Pro Bowler can be released from his contract after this season without much financial consequence, so his recovery and performance this year will be key. Seattle's secondary has no shortage of star power with Quandre Diggs, Tariq Woolen, Devon Witherspoon, and Adams, but the latter three have all battled injuries this offseason.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBaller
