Jalen Suggs To Remain Out On Thursday
3 years agoOrlando Magic point guard Jalen Suggs (ankle) will miss his second straight game on Thursday against the Detroit Pistons due to a bone bruise in his right ankle. In the team's most recent game, with the rookie sidelined, R.J. Hampton slotted into the starting five and went on to shoot 2-for-8 from the field while compiling six points, three rebounds and two assists over 31 minutes. Markelle Fultz was the team's primary bench guard for the game, logging 20 minutes and shooting 1-for-7 with five points, three assists, two rebounds, two blocks and a steal. With Suggs out, Both Hampton and Fultz are moderately interesting in a favorable matchup against a Detroit Pistons team that could be without Cade Cunningham (illness). Despite his minutes limit, Fultz would be the more advisable guard to take shot on. He's been regularly producing steals and he had a season-high 11 assists this past Sunday.
