1 year agoPhiladelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts will take on the Dallas Cowboys in Week 9. The 25-year-old is coming off his best passing performance of the season, throwing for 319 yards and four touchdowns against the Washington Commanders. However, the Dallas defense is far superior to Washington's, allowing the third-fewest fantasy points per game to the quarterback position. Hurts has been able to find success against top-ranked pass defenses this year, finishing as the QB2 overall against the New York Jets back in Week 6. With that said, it would be wise to manage expectations this week as the Eagles are in a divisional showdown that will surely have plenty of obstacles for the Oklahoma alum to overcome. The Cowboys have forced nine interceptions this season, tied for the fourth-most in the NFL. With Hurts struggling to play it safe this season, there is a chance his fantasy ceiling will be capped this week if he continues to turn the ball over.
