Jalen Hurts Falls Short In Eagles First Loss
2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts went 17-of-26 for 175 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception, adding six carries for 28 yards and a touchdown on the ground in their 32-21 loss to Washington Monday night. The 24-year-old threw only his third interception of the year and took three sacks. The Eagles did not finish drives and lacked their usual firepower, scoring the second-lowest amount of points all season. For fantasy purposes, the dual-threat signal-caller still came through thanks to the three total touchdowns, but this is now back-to-back games that the team struggled against an inferior opponent. Hurts and company will head to Indianapolis in what projects to be an easy win, but they'll need to be better in that game to get back on track.
