8 months agoDetroit Pistons center Jalen Duren (back) is questionable for Sunday's game against the visiting Pelicans. He was ruled out shortly before Friday's blowout loss to the Boston Celtics because of back spasms. James Wiseman got the start in that one and had one of his best games of the 2023-24 campaign, finishing with a team-high 24 points with nine rebounds and four assists. The Pistons are eliminated from postseason contention, so Duren doesn't have any incentive to risk further injury, meaning he could miss another game (and possibly more moving ahead).
