Jakob Poeltl Remains Out Versus Phoenix
2 years agoSan Antonio Spurs center Jakob Poeltl (knee) won't suit up against the Suns on Sunday because of a bone bruise in his right knee. The 27-year-old has been banged up recently and is now in line to miss his third consecutive contest. Fortunately, the Spurs won't play again until Thursday versus Houston, so there's a chance he could be back. In the meantime, Zach Collins, who had seven points, six rebounds, and three assists in the meeting with the Pelicans on Friday, should remain in the starting lineup. At the same time, Charles Bassey was more productive from off the bench in that one, falling one rebound shy of a double-double while adding two blocks and a steal. Considering Collins has no problem racking up fouls, Bassey may continue to be a better fantasy option.
