Jakob Junis Struggles In First Start Of 2020
4 years agoKansas City Royals pitcher Jakob Junis made his 2020 debut on Sunday against the Chicago White Sox and pitched 4 1/3 innings, allowing six hits, two walks and two earned runs. He recorded only two strikeouts in the game. Junis began the season on the Injured List while recovering from a positive COVID-19 test earlier this summer. Junis will be a regular in the Royals rotation and is worth monitoring in all leagues. His next start will be a tough one against the Minnesota Twins on Friday.
