Dallas Stars goaltender Jake Oettinger will look to post a second consecutive win in Saturday's Game 3 against Colorado. After giving up four goals on 26 shots in the series opener, Oettinger stopped 28 pucks in a 5-3 victory on Thursday, helping the Stars tie the series at one. Dallas' No. 1 has previously won back-to-back starts only once this postseason -- he put together a three-game winning streak in the first round against Vegas. Overall, Oettinger has gone 5-4-0 in the playoffs, allowing 2.24 goals with a .914 save percentage.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Dallas Stars goaltender Jake Oettinger stopped 41 of the 44 shots he saw en route to defeating the Edmonton Oilers on Wednesday evening. The Oilers dominated the shot total, but Oettinger was able to stand tall. He allowed all three of his goals in the final frame. Two of them were scored on the power play, and the other was scored during 5-on-5 play. This outing extended his winning streak to four games. During this stretch, the 26-year-old has posted a strong 1.98 GAA with a .936 save percentage. He has allowed two or fewer goals in two of these games. Before this stretch, the 26-year-old held a modest 4-3-1 record with a .888 save percentage and a 3.51 GAA. He will look to extend his winning streak to five games on Saturday against the Kraken, as Casey DeSmith will likely get the nod in the second half of the back-to-back on Thursday.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller

The Wild held the slight advantage in the shot total, but Oettinger was able to lead the way. This outing extended Oettinger's winning streak to three games. During this stretch, Oettinger has held a .938 save percentage with a strong 1.65 GAA. However, before this recent stretch, the 26-year-old posted a much higher 3.58 GAA with a .883 save percentage over his last seven contests. Through 51 total games this season, the former 26th-overall selection has held a 33-15-1 record with a solid 2.49 GAA and a .909 save percentage. Dallas Stars goaltender Jake Oettinger will get the starting nod on Monday evening against the Minnesota Wild. Oettinger received the starting nod in their previous contest and picked up the victory as he stopped 22 of the 24 shots he saw against the Philadelphia Flyers. This evening, he will face a tougher task against the Minnesota Wild, who currently occupy one of the wild cards in the Western Conference. Over his past five contests, Oettinger has struggled to find consistency as he has posted a modest 3.59 GAA with a .865 save percentage and a 2-2-1 record. However, before this stretch, Oettinger held a strong 4-1 record with a .910 save percentage with a 2.99 GAA. DFS managers should consider starting Oettinger this evening, as the Wild have scored the ninth-fewest goals per game this season.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller

Dallas Stars goaltender Jake Oettinger stopped 29 of the 31 shots he faced en route to defeating the Los Angeles Kings on Friday evening. The shot totals were even throughout the game and Oettinger was able to lead the way. He allowed one goal in the opening frame to Warren Foegele and his second goal to Trevor Moore in the second frame. He would then stop all 10 shots he faced in the final frame. This was a nice bounce-back for the 26-year-old as he allowed five goals in his last start. Prior to this poor showing, Oettinger carried a 3-1-1 record with a .906 save percentage and a 2.97 GAA. Overall, Oettinger has posted a 28-13-2 record with a 2.42 GAA and a .910 save percentage. He has tallied one shutout. He will look to extend his winning streak on Sunday against the St. Louis Blues.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller
