6 years agoHouston Astros outfielder Jake Marisnick (groin) was taking swings in the batting cage on Saturday. He is also scheduled to run the bases on Sunday afternoon. Marisnick's return is not imminent, however, as manager A.J. Hinch mentioned that the 27-year-old is "still a little bit away" from rejoining the team. Even though he plays on a great team, Marisnick is not a viable fantasy option in any format. He has a .218 average on the season to go along with nine home runs and 23 RBI.
