1 year agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Jake Fraley (toe) was recently placed on the 10-day injured list due to a fractured toe. It appears Fraley will need to undergo surgery to repair the issue, but will play through the issue for now. The doctors told Fraley he could play through the injury, so he will do that and opt for surgery after the season. The 28-year-old said he believes this team is special and he wants to contribute to the Reds playoff push. Fraley is currently on the injured list, but it sounds like he could be back soon.
