Jake Fraley Exits After Colliding With Wall
Jake Fraley exited the Cactus League matchup against the Rockies on Saturday, one inning after colliding with the wall. Fraley was attempting to make a play on a Chris Owings drive to left center field. While he stayed in the game at the time after being examined by the trainer, and in fact singled in another at-bat, Fraley was removed before originally scheduled. Any setback could challenge Fraley's chances to make the Opening Day roster for the Mariners now that Taylor Trammell has been making such a strong impact.
