6 years agoSt. Louis Blues goaltender Jake Allen made 27 saves en route to a 3-2 overtime win against the Colorado Avalanche. Allen has been wildly inconsistent this season, but this was a strong outing against a team that sits first in the league in goals per game. Allen now has a 7-7-3 record to go along with a 3.24 goals-against average and .896 save percentage. He is a middling fantasy goalie, but hopefully, this performance jumpstarts the entire team.
