St. Louis Blues goaltender Jake Allen had his best performance of the season on Wednesday against the Oilers, saving 32 of 34 shots in a 5-2 win. Allen has been a complete afterthought this year in St. Louis, as this was only his fourth start to the season. He's done well in his rare appearances, putting together a 3-1-0 record, but Jordan Binnington led the team to the Stanley Cup and he's simply on another level. Allen owns a 3.29 goals-against average and a .882 save percentage this season. The Blues have another back-to-back set next weekend, so he should be able to see some action again soon.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
