6 years agoLos Angeles Angels starter Jaime Barria was inefficient in a no-decision Saturday against the Toronto Blue Jays, giving up four hits and four walks in five innings. Barria surrendered only one earned run but was in trouble often throughout the evening. He did manage to strikeout five. Through 10 starts this season, the 21-year-old rookie is sitting pretty with a 3.40 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 7.5 K/9. The advanced stats (4.62 FIP) suggest Barria is due for a downturn but he's shown enough to merit weekly fantasy consideration. He gets a challenging matchup in Fenway against the Boston Red Sox next Thursday.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
