Jae Crowder Struggles To Find The Mark Against Houston
7 years agoUtah Jazz small forward Jae Crowder struggled to shoot the ball in a loss to the Houston Rockets on Monday night. He scored just 12 points on just 4-for-15 shooting. However, he did fill up the stat sheet in other ways with six rebounds, five assists, two three-pointers and one block. While Crowder has been struggling with his shot since the trade to the Jazz, shooting just 37.5 percent from the field in his six games with Utah, there are some encouraging signs for him fantasy-wise. Firs off, he's taking 12.0 field goal attempts per game with Utah, opposed to just 7.1 per game with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Secondly, he's playing three more minutes a game with the Jazz. As a result, if Crowder can find his shooting touch, he could have a small resurgence back to fantasy relevance with the Utah Jazz.
