Jae Crowder Continues Impressive Start In Miami
5 years agoMiami Heat forward Jae Crowder came off the bench and continued his surprising start with his new team as he contributed 21 points, eight rebounds, and three steals in 31 minutes. The Heat beat the Warriors 113-101, and it was in part to Crowder's shooting efficiency as the new acquisition from Memphis shot 6-for-11 from the floor, 4-for-8 from behind the arc, and was a perfect 5-for-5 from the free-throw line. It's only two games into his Miami career, but Crowder is averaging 19.5 points on 54.5 percent shooting, 9.5 rebounds, and 2.5 steals in 33 minutes. He returns to Utah on Wednesday in Miami's final game before the All-Star break and will look to keep the good times rolling against his former team in Salt Lake City.
