1 year agoMinnesota Timberwolves forward Jaden McDaniels (calf) reportedly progressed to 1-on-1 workouts on Sunday, and there still isn't an exact timetable for his return. According to Jon Krawczynski of The Athletic, McDaniels still has some hurdles to clear before he's ready to take the floor against the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday for the team's season opener. The 23-year-old is slated to be a starter when he's healthy and he's looking to earn himself a new contract extension as he enters the final year of his rookie deal. If he can't suit up, Kyle Anderson and Nickeil Alexander-Walker should see some extra opportunities.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBaller
