Jacob Misiorowski Promoted To Triple-A
3 months agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitching prospect Jacob Misiorowski is being promoted to Triple-A, according to Baseball America. The top prospect in Milwaukee posted a strong 3.50 ERA, 1.28 WHIP, and a 50:105 BB:K ratio across 79 ⅔ innings at Double-A this season. The right-hander got a brief taste of Double-A ball to close out last summer after spending the majority of the time with High-A Wisconsin. The number 32 overall prospect and fifth-best right-handed pitching prospect on MLB.com has flashed elite potential all season. He has tallied double-digit punchouts on two occasions and struck out at least seven in seven starts. He has also logged eight starts where he did not allow a run. The 22-year-old is on the verge of making his major league debut, and it may only take a handful of starts at Triple-A for him to receive the call to the big leagues.
