Jacob Markstrom Makes 10th Start Of The Season
4 years agoCalgary Flames goaltender Jacob Markstrom will reach start No. 10 for the season on Tuesday when the team faces off with the Winnipeg Jets once more. The two will finish off a four-game set that has so far seen the Jets take two wins and the Flames managing one shootout victory. Winnipeg also won the first meeting of the season on Jan. 14. It's not been a favorable matchup for Markstrom and the team, but the Flames have seven wins in their last nine home games against Winnipeg. Markstrom enters the contest with a 5-3-1 record. He has a 2.55 goals-against average for the season with a .914 save percentage and two shutouts.
