Jacob Markstrom Collects Win No. 200 With A Shutout
12 months agoCalgary Flames goaltender Jacob Markstrom reached 200 career wins on Thursday by beating the Ducks on the road 3-0. He became the third Swedish netminder in NHL history to hit the 200-win mark. Markstrom kept Anaheim from scoring with 25 saves and now has sole possession of third on the franchise's all-time list with 14 shutouts. It's been a very impressive return to the lineup from Markstrom, who's won both of his starts while allowing only one goal since coming back from a broken finger. He has improved his record to 8-8-2 and holds a 2.67 goals-against average with a .906 save percentage.
